Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates:
We ship all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 2–3 business days for expedited shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

International Shipping:
Currently, Team Jaxland only ships within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Team Jaxland is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
